Our Search for Debt Reduction Consultants Due to continued expansion, Crown has an excellent opportunity for three to five Debt Reduction Consultants to join their national team! The main aim of the role is to provide a debt reduction and wealth creation solution to clients, generated from company-provided leads and personal networking. The successful candidates should have finance industry experience, ideally in debt reduction. You should also have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to "look outside the box" in order to solve problems. If you have been successfully selling a similar product that clients had to pay for, this role will be a walk in the park! Most important is genuine interested in helping people improve their financial status. If you are a 'go-getter' with a strong desire to succeed and a hunger to build a strong base of ongoing business, you will prosper in this role! You will need your own reliable vehicle, mobile and laptop. MFAA membership is desirable, although not essential. This is the perfect opportunity for a people person: someone who can network, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport. The successful candidates will enjoy comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure familiarity with the products and services that Crown offers. The team will be provided with at least 10 fully-qualified leads per week! In addition, once you establish a solid foundation of clients in the metropolitan area, you will be able to leverage plenty of referrals from this base! 71% of Crown's business currently comes from referrals - the process works! Crown provides extensive administration / back-office support to ensure their Debt Reduction Consultants are free to spend a maximum amount of time tracking down and meeting with prospects.
